Meet Charlie the Briquette

In partnership with our AOR, I helped concept and storyline Habit’s first-ever brand mascot: Charlie the Charcoal Briquette, a lovable, slightly unhinged character who goes to great lengths to make Habit’s burgers taste legendary. From personality development to creative execution, we brought Charlie to life as the fiery heart of our brand’s flavor-first story.

From Idea to Impact: Launched Our First Brand Collab Partnership

When our CMO pitched a bold idea to make our new salads (topped with fresh, HOT chicken) buzzworthy, I brought it to life, partnering with UFC GYM for our first-ever brand collab. I’ve led the project end-to-end, from logistics to writing the press release, comms, and email campaign. So far, it’s generated over $527K in TV and radio coverage, and we’re just getting started.

Viral OOH PR Stunt

Led PR for a viral billboard stunt that put Habit in the global spotlight. Partnered with creative, wrote bold headlines, and drove social buzz, earning widespread media coverage and sparking cultural conversation.

Secured 167 hits and 3.02B total earned impressions, in outlets such as Eater LA, Daily Mail, MSN, SF Gate, AOL, and more 

148 pieces of coverage were TV and radio hits

Dan Callahan Videos

Dan Callahan—one of California’s top litigation attorneys—wanted to create a video content series that felt approachable, engaging, and informative. The brief: eye-catching intros, compelling scripts, and a format people would actually watch. I wrote all scripts, hired and managed the production team, and oversaw creative direction for more than 30 videos. The result? A successful YouTube series that ranks highly in legal search and showcases Dan’s expertise with personality and polish.

Philanthropy

I co-founded The Give Back Pack, a nonprofit supporting foster youth in Orange County, where we partner with brands like Tilly’s to provide essentials to kids during the rehoming process. In response to a critical shortage of foster families, I led the production of a $50K-value recruitment video for the Orange County Social Services Agency, at no cost to the county, by leveraging my creative network and resources. We cast and directed real foster families to tell their stories, managing the project end to end to help OC Social Services Agency reach more potential foster parents and drive awareness when it was needed most.
